Licensed Service Provider (LSP) Training

Advanced Aeration, Inc. (AAI) is developing an international network of Licensed Service Providers (LSPs). Each LSP works for AAI in -

  • A specific Market
  • A specific Territory
  • A specific Application

and is required to undergo a training program developed by AAI.

The Learning Objectives of the Training Program are:

  1. Company Culture and Philosophy
    1. Know and understand AAI's Mission
    2. Know and understand AAI's core values
  2. Relationship between LSP and AAI
    1. Know and understand the role of the LSP in the field
    2. Know and understand AAI's customer service philosophy
    3. Know and understand AAI's Policies and Procedures as they apply to the LSP and his work in the field
    4. Understand the financial relationship between AAI and the MLSP and the LSP
    5. Understand and appreciate the financial potential and responsibilities of being an LSP
  3. Explanation of the technology
    1. Understand how vacuum bubbles are created
    2. Understand sustained oxygen transfer potential
    3. Understand the difference between VBT™ and traditional methods and the benefits of VBT™ over traditional methods
  4. The biology of the process
    1. Know and understand fundamental, basic bacteriology
    2. Know the limiting factors for aerobic metabolism
    3. Understand the role of VBT™ in facilitating aerobic processes
    4. Know how to further facilitate the biology in the field environment
    5. Understand the benefits of facilitating this biology with VBT™
    6. Know how and where to purchase biology for applications
  5. Applications
    1. Know YES NO MAYBE, and understand the issues in making the decisions including choice of model for the application
    2. Know READY AIM FIRE and the importance of facilitating these
    3. Know and understand the role of Application Engineering - what it does and why, and its value to the LSP
  6. Installation and maintenance of VBT™ units
    1. Know the parts of the VBT™ units
    2. Know the different models and their features/properties
    3. Know installation requirements and procedures
    4. Know maintenance requirements, procedures, intervals and policy regarding warranty and repair
  7. Data gathering
    1. Understand the importance, both at the macro and micro levels of data gathering
    2. Understand the role of the LSP in data gathering
    3. Know how to gather data before and after installation and what data to gather
    4. Understand the importance of data gathering in enhancing and improving the LSP's skill base
  8. Troubleshooting
    1. Know how to troubleshoot
    2. Understand the role of the biology in the troubleshooting situation
    3. Understand the physical/chemical variables in the troubleshooting situation
    4. Understand the place of data, training and shared experiences in enhancing and improving troubleshooting skills

The training course is one and one half days in length. The eight areas above are covered in the first day (usually a Friday) and the second half day (Saturday) sessions include

  1. Application specific discussion groups
    1. To share current experiences in the specific applications as they apply to aeration and how VBT™ is seen as an enhancement
    2. To discuss how best to sell VBT™ in the specific application
    3. To understand the barriers to VBT™ in the specific application and discuss how to overcome them
  2. Expert panel discussion
    1. To have answers to the specific technical questions raised during the previous day's training
