SATOP Evaluates VBT

The Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) is an organization that

"provides a unique and revolutionary service to small businesses by providing them with free engineering support from some of the most highly qualified engineers in the world, rocket scientists". (www.spacetechsolutions.com)

Small businesses or inventors apply to SATOP for technical assistance and engineers from NASA, or from NASA contractor companies are brought in to provide the free assistance. Advanced Aeration International applied for assistance in 2000 and the following is a press release issued by SATOP at the conclusion of the project.
