AAI Purchases Vacuum Bubble^® Technology

In 2003 Advanced Aeration International completed the purchase of all intellectual property, including all patents and know-how related to Vacuum Bubble® Technology (VBTT) of Sewage Aeration Systems, Inc.

* Advanced Aeration International subsequently licensed Advanced Aeration, Inc. (AAI), a Nevada corporation, to explore all US and international markets. AAI's contact location in Angleton TX is exploring the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of advanced technologies associated with the treatment of commercial and industrial wastewater. AAI's products include wastewater treatment systems, aeration systems, bio-sensing devices, microbial inoculums, and other associated products.

Sewage Aeration Systems, Inc., a Lockridge Iowa corporation, developed and marketed various aeration devices to the Dairy and Hog production industries as well as the home septic market since 1995. Sewage Aeration Systems, Inc. owned several patents, including a unique system to create Vacuum Bubbles® that greatly increase the oxygen transfer potential promoting sustained aerobic bacterial activity to significantly improve the removal of organic waste from wastewater. Sewage Aeration Systems, Inc. operates business activities other than those related to aeration systems.
